After your complimentary one-on-one Health History session, if you’re ready to invest in yourself, your health, and your peace, choose the path that fits your needs:

  • Monthly intensive: weekly, one-hour Health and Wellness Coaching sessions for four weeks.

  • Sustained support: biweekly (every other week), one-hour Health and Wellness Coaching sessions for three months.

Each session is one hour, one-on-one, and available in person at Grace Wellness or via video so you can continue your progress whether you’re local or on the go.
