Individual or as-needed sessions: Book single follow-up appointments whenever you need guidance, troubleshooting, or adjustments.
Regular check-ins: Schedule periodic sessions (weekly, biweekly, monthly, or quarterly) to maintain progress, accountability, and course-correct as needed.
Fully customizable plans: Frequency, length, and content of sessions are designed to fit your schedule and goals.
