  • Advanced customized coaching: Ongoing, deeper work tailored to new or evolving goals (stress management, burnout recovery, nutrition plans, lifestyle shifts).

  • Individual or as-needed sessions: Book single follow-up appointments whenever you need guidance, troubleshooting, or adjustments.

  • Regular check-ins: Schedule periodic sessions (weekly, biweekly, monthly, or quarterly) to maintain progress, accountability, and course-correct as needed.

  • Fully customizable plans: Frequency, length, and content of sessions are designed to fit your schedule and goals.

Session format and delivery

  • In-person appointments at Grace Wellness and virtual sessions available.

  • Session length, focus, and modality (coaching, education, behavioral tools, stress-management techniques) are tailored per client.
